Lady Bigfoot Place Second in the North Idaho College Invitational
The Community Colleges of Spokane women’s golf team placed second in the 2009 North Idaho Invitational held October 4th and 5th at Avondale Golf Course in Hayden Lake, Idaho. The Lewis-Clark State College Warriors took home the first place trophy. The Lady Bigfoot shot 262-264 for a two day total of 526, led by top-five finisher Alexa Bell and tenth place finisher Kelsey White. Also in the top 20 finishers were Darby Moberg, Alyssa Osterback, Brittiney Zier, and Katie Nelson.
Coach Dalsanders stated, “The ladies played great. There were a number of four-year schools in the tournament. It was great competition and a wonderful experience for our young ladies.”
