Marcus Stennes enters his first season as an assistant coach for the Sasquatch. He is a recent graduate of Eastern Washington University where he majored in business administration and human resource management. He played for the Community Colleges of Spokane under former Bigfoot Head Coach Eric Hughes from 2002 to 2004. He had a career high 14 points against Tacoma Community College his sophomore year as a Sasquatch.
Marcus graduated from Pateros High School in 2002. He had a very successful high school career and was voted to the Washington First Team All-State “B” league team in 2001-02, and still holds the single season average of 27 points per game. As an outstanding multi-sport athlete, he batted .593 for the Billygoats baseball squad, and participated in the state golf championships.
